Supervise set up at your ceremony and reception locations

Run ceremony, if necessary

Oversee transportation from your ceremony location to your reception location

Greet and meet your guest needs throughout your event

Oversee vendors throughout your event; make sure your timeline is being followed and they have everything they need

Make sure your formalities are done with ease

Follow up with any outstanding payments; including passing out any tips for your vendors

Making sure your gifts, cards and extra event items are in a designated place at the end of the night
